1 or 2 large sweet potatoes

1-2 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Peel and slice sweet potato into very thin slices. Use a slicer to get them as thin as possible. Approx. 1/8 – 1/16 of an inch is ideal.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

Bake for about 15-20 minutes until crispy. Flipping once during baking. Time varies dependant on thickness.
