These cupcakes are easy to make and a great Easter activity to make with the kids. Your kids will come hopping back for more once they taste this easy Easter recipe.
Ingredients

Cake Mix (flavor of your choice – we like lemon or strawberry for Spring)

Ingredients to make cake mix (i.e. eggs, oil, water)

Paper cupcake baking cups – 2 dozen

Green frosting – the spray can version with attachments works best for making grass

Marshmallow bunnies

Candy robin eggs
Directions
Prepare cake mix according to package cupcake directions. Line cupcake pan with paper baking cups and fill each 2/3 full with batter. Bake according to package directions. Remove cupcakes from pan and cool completely before decorating. Frost each cupcake with green frosting to look like grass. Cut off bottom of marshmallow bunny so the bottom is flat and place on top of frosting. Decorate with robin eggs.
