Simple Instructions:

Cut out a heart shape from the construction paper or cardboard.  For smaller children, be sure not to make it too large.  Cut tissue paper into squares approximately 2” x 2”.  Squeeze some glue onto a piece of aluminum foil or cardboard.  Take one piece of tissue, wrap it around the eraser side of a pencil (flat side) and hold onto the edges with your fingers.  Dip the bottom into the glue and the gently press onto the heart.  Continue until the entire heart is covered with your desired design.  Let dry.
