Hooray for the USA! These kid-friendly desserts are a treat all summer long.
Ingredients:

1 package red JELLO – Raspberry, Strawberry or Cherry
-
1 package blue JELLO –Berry Blue
-
Boiling Water
-
Cold Water
-
Ice
-
Whipped topping
-
Clear plastic cups

Directions:
Prepare red and blue JELLO in separate containers according to package directions. I prefer the quick set method which sets the JELLO more quickly (uses hot water, cold water & ice). Cool in the refrigerator until set. Using a spoon, scoop desired amount of red JELLO into each plastic cup. With a different spoon, layer with whipped topping. Next create a layer of blue JELLO, followed by a dollop of whipped cream. Enjoy!
