• Bagel Thins
• Heart Shaped Cookie cutter (approximately the size of the bagels)
• Berry cream cheese or strawberry cream cheese

Simple Instructions:

With bagel flat on the counter, press heart cookie cutter firmly through the bagel.  Remove excess.  Spread cream cheese between the two halves.
