Simple Instructions:
Using the black permanent marker, draw a “Frankenstein” face in the middle of each plastic cup and set aside. Use your imagination! In a large mixing bowl, mix both boxes of vanilla pudding with 4 cups cold milk. Stir until blended and then add 8-12 drops of green food coloring. Stir according to box instructions and pudding is starting to set. Fill each plastic cup 2/3 full with the green pudding. Place in the refrigerator to finish setting.
To make Frankenstein’s “hair”, use 12-14 OREO or chocolate sandwich cookies, gently pull each one apart and scrape off the frosting. Place all of the chocolate cookies in a bowl. Using a mallet or other dull object, pound the cookies into large crumbs. You can also do this in a plastic bag if you prefer. Once the pudding cups are completely set, cover the top of each one with a layer of chocolate cookie crumbs about ¼ inch thick. Serve!
