Simple Instructions:

If necessary, microwave the cookie icing for 10-15 seconds, per package instructions, to get to a dispensable consistency. Cover the top of each cookie with red cookie icing. Smooth with a knife if necessary. Place on a plate or tray in refrigerator to let the frosting harden for 30-45 minutes. After the icing has set, apply two candy eyes close together on the front of each cookie. Apply 8-10 black circle sprinkles over the rest of the red icing for the ladybug's spots. You can also create the spots with black decorator gel if you don’t have black circle sprinkles. Use the black decorator gel to draw a vertical line from the top of the cookie almost down to the eyes and then create a small “y” shape by making short lines to the left and right over the eyes to create the wings.

Makes 24 cookies
