Simple Instructions:
Cut off bottoms of the pretzels. Attach pretzels to the top of the cookies with frosting. Writing frosting works great because it creates a thin, neat line of frosting. Use the same frosting to attach M&M’s ® to the cookies to make the eyes and nose of the reindeer.
