Simple Instructions:
Preheat oven according to the directions on the pie crust package. Unroll each sheet of pie crust dough onto a clean, flat surface and cut 5 - 6 hearts out of each sheet (16 - 20 hearts total). Place half of the hearts on multiple cookie sheets leaving space below each one. Add a small spoonful of cherry pie filling onto the center of each, leaving space around the edges. Place a cookie pop stick to cover 1 inch of the bottom point of each heart. Gently place a second heart on top of the first and use a fork to completely seal the entire outside of the pie pop. Sprinkle with red sugar sprinkles if desired. Bake 12 - 15 minutes, until golden brown. Once cooled, you can add words or designs with decorator gel. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
