Personalize each child’s spot at the table with these adorable place cards. Made from brown lunch bags, they are a fun and festive addition to your feast.
Materials:

Brown paper lunch bags

Craft sticks
-
White acrylic paint (optional)
-
Rubber bands
-
White foam sticker hearts (optional); you can also cut out a small white heart out of paper
-
Foam letter stickers (optional); you can also cut out letters from construction paper

Glue Stick

Instructions:
Paint both sides of the craft sticks with the white acrylic paint and allow to dry completely. You can also use the craft sticks in their regular color if you prefer. Stick a heart sticker onto one end of each craft stick or you can glue a heart cut from paper instead to create the end of the "bone."
Cut down one of the seams lengthwise on the bag. Completely cut off the bottom of the bag as well as one of the side panels. Unfold the bag so it is now a rectanglular sheet of paper. Using the excess bottom of the bag, the side panel, and any additional paper stuffing you would like, crumple paper into a ball. Insert the craft stick into the center on the paper ball. Cover the crumpled paper with the rectanglular part of the paper bag to create the drumstick and secure with a rubber band. Trim excess paper as needed. Using the paper trimmings, wrap a small band of paper bag around the rubber band to conceal and glue into place.
If desired, use glue and glitter to add some sparkle to your turkey leg. After drying completely, add foam letter stickers for each child's name.
