Need dinner...like right now?? These easy chicken pitas are the perfect meal to put together after your kids' after-school activities!
Ingredients:
• 1 package thin sliced chicken breast or chicken tenders
• ½ - 1 large red bell pepper; sliced into strips
• ¼- ½ yellow onion sliced into strips
• ½ cup light Italian salad dressing
• 3-4 rounds of pita bread cut in half
• Lettuce or salad mix
• Crumbled feta cheese
Directions:

Heat frying pan on medium heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Slice chicken into desired sized strips and cook in pan for approximately 3-4 minutes.

Add bell pepper and onion to pan and cook for another 2 minutes. Pour in Italian dressing; stir until coated and then cover and simmer for an additional 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for approximately 5 minutes.

Cut pita round in half and stuff with lettuce, chicken mixture and top with desired amount of feta cheese. Makes 4-5 servings.
