A delicious fall treat that all ages will enjoy!
Ingredients:

1 (15 ounce) can of pumpkin puree

4 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup butter, melted

2/3 cup water

1 cup brown sugar

2 cups granulated sugar
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour

2 tsp baking soda
-
1 1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp ground cinnamon
-
1 tsp ground nutmeg
-
1/2 tsp all spice
-
1/4 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp pumpkin spice

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
2. In a very large bowl mix together pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, butter, water, sugars and vanilla until well blended.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice, ginger and pumpkin spice. Carefully stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture. Pour into pans and/or muffin tins.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
