Countdown to Warm-Up

Targeted Areas: Legs, Core and Upper Body

Begin your warm-up with 10 repetitions of 10 jumping jacks, 10 push-ups and 10 squats.

Then count DOWN those 3 exercises: 9 reps of jacks, push-ups and squats, and continue...8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.

This warms all major muscle groups of your body to get you in fat burning zone: Legs, core and upper body.

Maintain proper form and slower movement for best benefit.
