Simple Healthy Snacks in a Snap

  • Fruit Kabobs – These colorful treats can be customized with seasonal fruit that is available.  Try layering strawberries, nectarines, melon, grapes and other berries.
     
  • Kids’ Choice Snack Mix – The kids are in control on this one.  Give them options of ingredients including raisins, goldfish, pretzels, crackers, whole grain cereal and other favorites that they can mix and match.
