This sweet treat is an explosion of happiness for your 4th of July party or any summer celebration.
Ingredients:

1 bag microwave popcorn

1 bag white chocolate chips or white chocolate melts

1 packet Strawberry Pop Rocks candy
-
1 packet Blue Raspberry Pop Rocks candy

Directions:
Pop microwave popcorn according to directions and pour into large bowl. Melt white chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl 30 seconds at a time (up to 1 ½ minutes) on 50-70% power. Stir after every 30 seconds. If white chocolate is too thick, add a little shortening and stir until smooth. Pour white chocolate over popcorn and stir to coat. Pour Pop Rocks over top of popcorn and stir to coat. Cool to set and then serve.
