Directions
Unwrap a Hershey’s Kisses® and dab a good amount of the chocolate frosting to the bottom of the it. Carefully adhere the flat side of a Mini Nilla Wafer to the chocolate frosted kiss.
Using another small dab of chocolate frosting to secure a butterscotch chip to the other side of the Mini Nilla Wafer.
