Baked Sweet Potato Chips

Using in-season sweet potatoes, create a healthy, crunchy snack in minutes. These Baked Sweet Potato Chips are so easy -- simply slice, bake and serve!


  • 1 or 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 
  2. Peel and slice sweet potato into very thin slices. Use a slicer to get them as thin as possible. Approx. 1/8 – 1/16 of an inch is ideal. 
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until crispy. Flipping once during baking. Time varies dependant on thickness.
