Splish splash, this easy Halloween costume takes almost no cash. Using a box, cotton balls, white balloons and a few bath accessories you already have at home, your bathing beauty will be the hit of the party.
Supplies Needed:

White, tri-fold presentation board (or a white cardboard box)

Cotton balls

White string
-
White balloons

Glue and tape
-
Additional Accessories (shower cap, rubber duck, loofah, back scrubber, etc.)

Cut a hole on the center panel of the presentation board, white side facing out. This hole should be big enough to comfortably fit your child's waist with a little extra wiggle room.
Measure out two pieces of the string; these will serve as straps to hold up the bath tub. Poke four small holes to form a square around the cutout you made. Tie the ends of the string on the under side of the bath tub to create the shoulder straps.
Decorate the outside of the board with tons of cotton balls to give the illusion of suds. Once the suds are assembled, sporadically add some inflated balloons to fill in and add the illusion of large bubbles.
Complete the look by adding a rubber duck to the bath and accessorize by having your child wear a shower cap on their head, dangle a loofah on their wrist and hold a back scrubber.
