These delightful and delicious little ghosts will be a hit at Halloween classroom parties and with busy moms!
Ingredients:

1 package Nutter Butter Cookies

1 bag white chocolate chips

2-3 tablespoons - Vegetable shortening

Black decorator icing or black circle sprinkles

Wax paper

Directions:
In a microwave safe container, melt white chocolate chips and vegetable shortening at 70% power for approximately 1 ½ minutes stirring every 45 seconds until melted. Do not over heat. Dip ¾ of each cookie in the chocolate and place on wax paper to cool. After 2-3 minutes, place two black sprinkles for the eyes or make eyes with black decorator frosting. Cool in the refrigerator.
