Frozen Yogurt Bananas

Want a refreshing frozen treat, but not the extra calories of ice cream? Try this delicious dessert that is easy on your waist line.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3 large bananas (not overripe)
  • 1 container vanilla Greek Yogurt (regular yogurt of any flavor will also work)
  • Wax paper
  • Sealable plastic storage container

Simple Instructions:

Line the bottom of the plastic storage container with wax paper. Cut each banana into 3 even pieces. Place all into the storage container, seal and freeze for at least one hour. Remove once the bananas are completely frozen and one at a time, dip into vanilla Greek yogurt and use a spoon to help smooth.  Do not coat the bottom 1/3 of each banana piece to make it easier to hold. Place back in container and freeze. Once frozen, enjoy without the guilt!
