Ingredients

2 packages refrigerated pie crusts (2 sheets per package/ 4 sheets total)

Canned apple pie filling (or you can make fresh!)

Sugar
-
Cinnamon
-
Whipped Cream or Vanilla Ice Cream (if you like)

Round cookie cutter or jar lid approximately 3 ½ - 4 inches in diameter
Directions
Preheat oven according to directions on pie crust package. Cut 6 circles out of each sheet (24 circles total). Place dough on cookie sheets and place small amount of apple pie filling on one half. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Fold circle in half and pinch around edge to seal. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon to taste. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
