Look closely…these cute cones are actually made out of cupcakes. A fun surprise for birthday parties and other celebrations.

Ingredients:
-
Box of cake mix (Funfetti is cute and colorful for birthday parties but you can use whatever flavor you like)
-
Ingredients for cake (water, eggs, etc.)

Cupcake baking cups
-
1 container frosting (strawberry is pictured but you can use flavor of your choice)

16 ice cream cones
-
Decorator sprinkles
Directions:
Line cupcake pan with paper liners. Prepare cupcake mix according to package directions and pre-heat oven. Fill cupcake cups ¾ full. Put ice cream cones upside down in the cupcake batter so the top of the cone is in the batter. Bake according to package directions. Let cool. Once cool, remove the cupcake liners from the cupcake and gently frost and add sprinkles.
