Simple Instructions:

Pour the bag of chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl.  Microwave the chocolate chips at 70-80% power for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Pour the chocolate sprinkles onto a flat plate. Dip about 3/4 of each donut hole into the melted chocolate and smooth with a knife.  Roll the chocolate covered side of each donut in the sprinkles until coated. Place a tiny amount of frosting on the back of three black circle sprinkles and apply to the uncovered side of the donut hole to form two eyes and a nose.  If you do not have black circle sprinkles, you can use black decorator icing to make dots for the eyes and nose. Place in a single layer on a plate or flat plastic container covered with wax paper.  Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set. Display on a spring colored plate and serve.

Makes 24
