Springtime Surprise Smoothies

Delicious and nutricious the Springtime Surprise Smoothies is one way to make sure your kids are eating their fruits.


  • 1 1/2 Cups, (12 ounces) Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 Cup, (8 ounces) sliced frozen strawberries
  • 1 Cup (8 ounces) sliced frozen peaches
  • ½ Cup (4 ounces) frozen blueberries
  • 1 Bananas
  • ½ Cup Orange Juice


  • In a blender, blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy!
  • Pour into cups and serve with a straw and a napkin. Delicious and Nutritious!
