Standing Rows with Resistance Band

Starting Position
Stand with your legs staggered comfortably. Place the weight of your forward leg onto the center of the resistance band, holding one handle in each hand with your palms facing inward. Engage your abs, leaning forward slightly from the waist while keeping spine neutral, knees slightly bent. Your arms and hands should be close to the sides of your body.

EXHALE: Keeping the rest of your body stationary, slowly pull the handles upward, keeping your hands next to the sides of your waist and your elbows pointing back. Focus on your middle-back when doing this movement. INHALE: Slowly decrease the tension of the band, releasing your arms back down to the starting position to complete one rep. Aim for 1-3 sets of 10-15 reps.
