Ingredients/ Utensils:

Large Radishes with root attached (optic nerve)

Green Olives with pimentos

Paring knife or vegetable peeler

Clean radishes thoroughly

Using a paring knife or a vegetable peeler, peel red skin off radish to expose the white portion of the radish, leaving small red streaks to represent blood shot eyes.

With a paring knife or the tip of the vegetable peeler scoop out the top of the radish to make a crater for the sliced olive to be placed.

Slice olives in half, thirds or what would fit best in your radish crater.

Place the olives in the radish crater and enjoy....use as garnish for a Bloody Mary for the Adult Halloween parties.
