Who knew that cookies made so easily could come out so cute? These bite-sized goodies are an ideal addition to any Valentine's Day party when you only have minutes to spend making them.
What You'll Need:

1 bag milk chocoalte chips or chocolate candy melts

1 package of Oreo® cookies or other chocolate sandwich cookies

1 bag white chocolate chips or white candy melts

Valentine's Day sprinkles

Wax paper

Simple Instructions:
In a microwave safe container, melt the milk chocolate chips at 80% power for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes, stirring every 45 seconds. Meanwhile, divide the cookies into two groups. Once the chocolate is smooth, dip the first group in chocolate and smooth and shape with a spoon. Lay flat on wax paper and decorate with sprinkles. Next, melt the white chocolate chips or white candy melts in a different microwave safe container at 60 - 70% power for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes, stirring every 45 seconds. Repeat the process of dipping and smoothing the remaining cookies and then adding sprinkles. Cool in the refigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
