Simple Instructions:

Watermelon is the easiest fruit to use for these kabobs since there is no hole in the center of the melon. If you are short on time you make want to just make watermelon hearts and you can always add blueberries, raspberries and strawberries to add color.

Slice watermelon in half and then slice each half into round slices ½ to ¾” thick. Press heart cookie cutter all the way through the melon and push out heart pieces. If you have a little more time, you can also slice the honeydew and cantaloupe into semi-flat slices and press the cookie cutter into the melon. Trim off any uneven pieces. Stack fruit in desired pattern on the bamboo skewer.

Delicious and nutritious!
